The identification, development and retention of talented people have become more and more critical to organisations. The tangible and intangible cost of replacing key or senior employees is significant both in time, money and business performance. Having a clear Talent Management strategy and approach is an effective way of reducing recruitment costs, improving employee engagement, realising potential and improving performance within an organisation. Our talent management approach centres on the individual, succession planning conversely focuses on the organisational structure and roles.

We provide:

  • Talent Management Consultancy to work with the senior management team to define and agree a suitable philosophy, approach, and process. We are able to use our tried and tested methodology, experience and tools as an ‘out of the box’ approach or these can be used to create a bespoke solution for your organisation.
  • Management and Facilitation of the talent management process. We provide as much support and input to the process as required; the crucial element being that process delivers the results you require. In the first iteration we can manage the entire process whilst ensuring that key individuals (e.g. HR Director and Managers) develop the necessary knowledge and understanding to manage subsequent cycles. Another key area of work is the consistency and effectiveness of the process. This is achieved by providing appropriate training and coaching to the managers involved and facilitating the Talent Management Review discussions.
  • Tools to efficiently and effectively manage the entire process. Again we are able to provide ‘off the shelf’ tools or we can bespoke theses to suit your needs. These provide a simple yet highly effective mechanism for managing the process, capturing the data and producing reports and action plans.
  • Organisational Capability Reporting and Development providing a full report of the organisation’s talent with recommendations and proposals to enhance the organisations capability.  A key output of this process is often to implement a Discovery process in order to provide key individuals with a deeper self awareness and personal reflection to drive a focussed personal development plan.
