New Appointment

We worked with a senior interim placement coaching them through the on-boarding process to ensure they had developed appropriate strategies and plans prior to commencing their assignment.  The objective of such a coaching programme was to ensure the individual settled into their role quickly and confidently having prepared themselves to make a positive impact.  

Providing individuals with a coaching programme to assist them in making the transition to a new role and/or organisation is highly effective and creates a very positive impact; the individual feels valued, supported and appreciated and the organisation ensures that the individual is able to make the best possible start.

Executive Coaching

Providing a senior business executive with ongoing, one-to-one, coaching.  In this instance the coaching was arranged directly with the individual and this has enabled them to use the coaching to address a wide range of issues they are contending with.

As with many Executives, the challenges and pressures of work are continuous and ever changing and the competitive nature of the workplace constrains individuals from openly sharing their thoughts and concerns with colleagues.  Similarly family and friends aren’t likely to provide the necessary support a professional coach does.

The coachee, who had recently been made redundant, had not been in the job market place for some considerable time. They wanted to ensure that they gave themselves the best advantage when applying for new jobs.

Performance Coaching

Bespoke Leadership Development Programme

Performance Management

Talent Management & Succession Planning

The organisation was used to working with autonomous business units and hadn’t any prior experience of global Talent Management or Succession Planning. This was compounded by limited investment in the development of senior leaders and thus the business didn’t have any plans in place to identify, develop and manage its talented leaders. Similarly there were limited pockets of activity in terms of Succession Planning with inconsistent approaches. The requirement was to design, develop and implement a global solution combining Talent Management and Succession Planning; an Organisational Capability Review (OCR).

Developing Self Awareness – Discovery
